Russia is ready to return to the negotiating table with Ukraine if Kiev declares its willingness to do so. This was underlined by the Deputy Foreign Minister of Moscow, Andrei Rudenko, quoted by the Interfax agency. “It was not us who interrupted the negotiation process, but it was our Ukrainian partners who put it on hold.”
