According to him, the file reached the Bratislava Regional Prosecutor’s Office, although in the meantime the Košice Regional Prosecutor’s Office had already been authorized to act in this matter. According to the police chief, the investigator is doing well. “The conduct of the detention operation does not correspond at all to the type of conduct described by one or two judges or a court employee,” Hamran said. When an investigator instructs and alerts a person who wants to take a file out of a classified room and he or she may be the subject of detention, this is standard practice. He doesn’t consider it a threat. Special Prosecutor Daniel Lipšic considers the court’s procedure to be incorrect. According to him, there was an agreement that the court would issue the file, but instead it forwarded it to the Bratislava prosecutor’s office.
