President Vladimir Putin may soon abandon the term “special operation” and declare an all-out war against Ukraine to allay discontent among the military. The British newspaper The Independent writes, citing Russian and Western sources. According to what is learned, the leaders of the army are asking for the announcement of the turning point to take place on the occasion of the Victory Day parade on 9 May.
