Kaliňák was also detained by the police, and the Specialized Criminal Court in Pezinok has already decided to take him into custody. The decision is not yet final, the accused filed a complaint. A request for permission to take Fica into custody was filed with parliament on Friday. Possible prosecution of a member of the National Council of the Slovak Republic is possible only with the consent of the parliament and a court decision.
