According to the assessments, while Russian air activity in northern Ukraine is likely to remain contained, “the risk of precision attacks against priority targets” remains throughout the country. The Russian attacks against Ukrainian cities, the update finally notes, “demonstrate their intent to try to stop the movement of Ukrainian reinforcements and armaments in the east of the country”.
