Ukraine, Russia fires on evacuation bus: at least 10 dead

Ukrainian war, the Russian army fired on evacuation buses near the village of Borovoy in the Kharkiv region: there are deaths and injuries among the civilian population. “According to preliminary data, up to ten people have been killed and 30 injured,” Dmytro Chubenko, press officer of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor’s office, told Interfax-Ukraine. Investigators began a preliminary investigation into this fact and the related criminal proceedings were opened under part 2 of article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
