He is even considering cooperating and will testify, Tomáš Kaban’s lawyer Ivana Kochanská told TV Markíza. Attorney Marek Mara, who represents Marian Kočner, thinks that his statement will not affect the evidentiary situation of his client. All the accused exercised their right and refused to testify in the case of the murder of Ján Kuciak. Therefore, at the hearing, they read their interrogation proceedings. However, in addition to Szaboá, they announced that they would comment continuously during the taking of evidence.

She also recalled the decision of the National Council of the Slovak Republic on the objection of bias against two members of the Senate, who were not excluded from the hearing in accordance with the decision of the National Council of the Slovak Republic.
