It all started with the fact that the police patrol in Partizánske noticed a dangerous way of driving the driver in the city. When they looked at the driver better, they recognized a “well-known company” in it. The man in question was forbidden to drive motor vehicles of all kinds. There, however, a police patrol managed to track him down. “After the identification of the person, it was found that the 35-year-old driver has been banned by the District Court in Partizánske from driving motor vehicles of any kind. Subsequently, the driver was asked to undergo a breath test, which ended with a negative result. “Because he showed signs of ingesting the addictive substance, he was asked to undergo a collection of biological material and a medical examination to detect the presence of the addictive substance, which he refused despite proper instruction,” the police said. The 35-year-old man was charged with a substance-related offense at the same time as obstructing the execution of an official decision, and the police announced that, after all the necessary procedural steps had been taken, a motion to take him into custody would be filed.
