The prosecutor’s office relies on classified information when proposing detention for Ľudovít Makó and Boris Beňa. He claims two key witnesses to several major corruption cases are meeting abroad and coordinating their statements. The verdict of the Specialized Criminal Court, which approved the agreement on guilt and punishment between Beň and the prosecutor, forbade this former Deputy Director of the SIS any meetings with Makó. Makó and Beňa are accused of perjury in the case of corruption by the former head of the secret service, Vladimír Pčolinský. They said that he took a bribe of 20,000 euros for the fact that the secret service would not develop an influential lawyer, Zoroslav Kollár. Do their statements coordinate or contradict each other?
