Ukraine-Russia, negotiations between Moscow and Kiev resumed

Online negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations resumed today. The meeting is expected to make concrete progress with respect to the summit which took place last Wednesday in Turkey. For the Kremlin, however, the Ukrainian attack on the fuel depot in Belgorod does not create “favorable conditions” for negotiations between the two countries.
