Shortly after being offered to other clubs through a waiver list of unprotected players, he also appeared on the so-called unconditional waiver deed.It means that the “devils” will terminate the contract with him. Before that happens, however, the Košice native will be offered to other clubs again. In the 2021/22 season, he played eleven games in the NHL without points. He has played a total of 94 career sessions for the Ottawa Senators, San Jose Sharks and Devils. Twenty-five-year-old Bek signed a one-year contract with the New Jersey Devils on July 26 with a salary of $ 800,000 in the NHL and $ 275,000 in the AHL, where he did not play.
