For some unions, the management is “far from the mark”, laments in particular Patrice Thébault, central CGT union representative of Airbus commercial aviation. According to him, the increase in remuneration “does not make it possible to catch up with inflation”, forecast by the Banque de France between 3.7% and 4.4% in 2022. Dominique Delbouis, FO coordinator for the Airbus group, pleads that ” more than 80% of employees will benefit from individual increases”.
