He wanted the US to push for a no-fly zone over Ukraine, and called for aircraft and defense systems. As Reuters noted, Slovak Prime Minister Eduard Heger said on Sunday that NATO could discuss the issue of delivering the Slovak S-300 air defense system to Ukraine.
