As Moscow’s tactics intensified, with increasing losses in its ranks, they are gaining more and more attention. Paramilitary units could – together with Putin’s mercenaries from the so-called Wagner’s group – to play a key role in the conquest of Kiev and other major cities. According to Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, who is very active on social networks, his men are celebrating one success after another. “Members of the Ukrainian armed forces, who have always boasted of their courage, are fleeing when they see Chechen fighters,” he praised a few days ago.
