The Duchess of Cambridge goes into isolation after having contact with a positive for covid-19

London (CNN) – The Duchess of Cambridge went into isolation after having contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19, a Kensington Palace spokesperson told CNN on Monday.

“His Royal Highness is not experiencing any symptoms but is following all relevant government guidelines and is isolated at home,” the spokesperson said.

The duchess will not attend her engagements on Monday, the spokesperson added.
