The Ukrainian army managed to free the mayor of Melitopol in exchange for nine young Russian conscripts. The shelling continued on Wednesday in the city of Cherniv, from where several victims report. Perhaps the biggest tragedy, however, is the bombing of a theater in Mariupol, which allegedly hid over a thousand people, including many children. Two pilots “DETI” at the theater also drew the attention of Russian pilots to this fact. Nevertheless, the building ended in ruins. The number of victims is not yet known. US President Joe Biden, meanwhile, has called Vladimir Putin a “war criminal for the first time.” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that Russia is a terrorist state and should be perceived as such by the rest of the world.
