Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Sunday that Russian troops were preparing to fire heavy weapons at Odessa, a historic port city on the Black Sea coast.

“They’re going to shoot Odessa. Odessa!” said the highest Ukrainian official in the video message. “The Russians have always gone to Odessa. And they have always felt fervor in Odessa.
