Mohoric wins stage 7, van der Poel still in yellow but van Aert in ambush

The longest stage gave birth, Friday, July 2, to a scenario that no one could have foreseen. On the roads of the Morvan, a breakaway of several dozen riders formed – and in which the yellow jersey in person, Mathieu van der Poel, followed by his lifelong rival Wout van Aert. If the two men left the stage to the Slovenian Matej Mohoric, they were several minutes ahead of the other contenders for the final victory.
