The case of the murder of journalist Ján Kuciak is back in court. The Supreme Court overturned the judgment of the Specialized Criminal Court, which acquitted defendant Marian Kočner and defendant Zsuszová. He returned the case to the court of first instance.

The case is being discussed again four years after Kuciaka and Kušnírova were murdered. Kočner is accused as a client and he was supposed to order the murder of a journalist from Zsuzsová. The case is also linked to the preparation of the murders of prosecutors. You also had to order Kočner.

Kočner also used Alena Zsuzsová as a heron for influential people. According to the published Threemy, Zsuzsová wrote to several influential politicians, including the Speaker of the Parliament Boris Kollár or the former Speaker of the Parliament Andrej Danko. Zsuzs was supposed to obtain compromising materials on influential people.

She also used her edited photos or photos she wasn’t on. When she was detained at her house in Komárno on September 28, 2018, Zsuzsová was shown with long hair. Later, however, she appeared at the hearing with very short hair, trying to cover her face with it. This time, however, Zsuzs was brought with handcuffs on her hands, and instead of her civilian clothes, she wore a blue prison uniform. Prison doesn’t seem to add to her mentality either, which is reflected in her physical health. Zsuzsová appeared at the hearing with a wig on her head.
