Therefore, I urgently urge you to block all Visa and Mastercard payment services both within the Russian Federation and outside its borders, on all cards issued in Russia without exception “. On the contrary, Zelensky writes to the presidents and to the two companies “by allowing further transactions in Russia, you will support the financing of war crimes committed by the Russian Federation, with the brutal killing of Ukrainians and a genocide of my people”.
