Ukraine-Russia crisis, Sean Penn is in Kiev to shoot a documentary on the Russian invasion. The Oscar-winning actor arrived in the Ukrainian capital last week for a job, produced by Vice Studios with Vice World News and Endeavor Content, which began months ago with the intent of documenting the Russian-Ukrainian crisis that yesterday led to the attack by Moscow. Penn is therefore in a war zone and was spotted yesterday during a press conference by Ukrainian officials on the crisis. The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky praised the actor’s “courage” at work to shoot a documentary on the Russian invasion and to “tell the truth: the more people like that, the sooner we can stop this atrocious invasion of Russia”.
