She added that, together with allies in NATO and the European Union, she was willing to provide assistance to Ukraine in ending the conflict and protecting human lives.

“Making peace is an absolute priority. The situation we are experiencing today is a cause for vigilance, because the security situation in Europe has changed dramatically since tonight, “the president said. But she also called for peace. According to her, Slovak security and territorial integrity are not in direct danger. “Our freedom and sovereignty is protected by our allies,” she concluded.
