Bačovanie at the office at Holý: Read how the car is worth € 86,000 – NEW TIME

Pretty expensive shopping. At the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Legislation, led by Štefan Holý (43), they decided that they needed new vehicles.

In total, they bought five of them, while the most expensive for almost 90,000 euros will be used by the Secretary of State. He will be able to go on business trips with a plug-in hybrid, which the office bought thanks to the exemption for the ecology of cars. Interestingly, according to government regulations, state secretaries have the option to purchase a car for a maximum of € 48,000 without VAT. This does not apply if the vehicle is environmentally friendly, in which case it may be half as expensive.

Portal Aktuality.sk he noticed that they used this exception with Štefan Holý when buying five vehicles with a total value of 300,000 euros. The secretary, Martin Hypký, did the best, so he can use a company car for almost € 90,000. The reason is that he also acts as Secretary-General of the Service Office. “The pressure on ecological solutions and environmental protection is growing and our office is reflecting on the support of ecological road transport, “ Holý argued.

Holý was a partner with Hypký for two years in the Trnava company TrigoTech. Holý himself has a limousine from the Office for the Protection of Constitutional Officials, so the office bought the cars for his subordinates. “We are a new office which, unlike other departments, has not inherited a car fleet, no cars. As the number of employees increases, so does the need to build it and dispose of available vehicles. The winning bid met the criteria set by regulation and law. The price of vehicles is comparable, even better, with other purchases made by other departments in the same period. The conditions were set transparently, efficiently and any seller could make his offers, “explained the press department of the Office of Deputy Prime Minister Holý for Nový Čas.
