Ukraine-Russia, EU adopts sanctions against Moscow

Crisis between Ukraine and Russia, the EU Council formally adopted the sanctions against Moscow, decided following the recognition of the separatist republics of Donetsk and Luhansk. Among those sanctioned are 351 deputies of the Duma, who on February 15 voted in favor of the appeal to President Vladimir Putin for him to recognize the two self-proclaimed republics.
