In Slovakia, 15,549 people with a positive PCR test arrived on Saturday, almost 62 percent of them were not vaccinated. The most positive tests were in the Košice region, the least in the Banská Bystrica region. Hygienists performed 28,424 PCR tests yesterday.

1677 people had a positive antigen test, almost 59 percent of whom were not vaccinated.

Another 20 people were diagnosed with COVID-19.

There are 1906 patients with COVID-19 in hospitals, 268 people in JIS and OAIM, 134 people need support for artificial lung ventilation. More than 75 percent of those hospitalized are not vaccinated or have only one dose of vaccine.

The third dose of the vaccine was given to 2,572 people yesterday (a total of 1,504,625), the second dose of the vaccine was given to 541 people on Saturday (2,669,236), and the first dose of the vaccine was given to 300 people yesterday (a total of 2,801,354).
