Robert Fico’s son Michal (28) does not follow in his father’s footsteps. He doesn’t have to live in a sublease, he bought a luxury apartment a week ago. He did not need to take out a mortgage. More than two years ago, the weekly PLUS 7 DAY caught his mother Svetlana in the same sought-after location. After the Ficovs had packed their suitcases from their previous home in the complex, everyone seemed to have gone differently.

No mortgage

As for the real estate market in Slovakia, prices are constantly rising. Who needs to live has nothing to wait for. This decision was only recently made by the son of Smer leader Robert Fico, Michal. He started writing a new life stage only a few days ago, and it looks like he didn’t compromise on location or price. He signed a purchase contract for a luxury apartment in the sought-after Bratislava location on Drotárská Street on January 20, informing about it diary We are.

From the cadastre portal, the diary estimated that the apartment was over a hundred square meters, which would correspond to a 4-room. Based on the price in this well-located location near the Mountain Park, Fico Jr. could have paid at least 450,000 euros for the apartment. It is not subject to a mortgage.
