More than 14,000 positive for covid added again, 24 people succumbed to the disease – TVNOVINY.sk

In Slovakia, they confirmed 14,312 positive cases of coronavirus on Thursday (January 28) after 31,662 PCR tests. More than 62 percent of those infected have not been vaccinated.

We also record another 24 victims of COVID-19.

The situation in the hospitals changed only slightly compared to the previous day, one patient was added. 1,549 people are hospitalized. There are 287 people at JIS and OAIM, 142 people need the support of artificial lung ventilation.

More than 80 percent of those hospitalized are not vaccinated or have only one dose of vaccine.

1,740 people had a positive antigen test, more than 61 percent of whom do not have vaccinations.

13,875 people (a total of 1,451,422) received the third dose of the vaccine yesterday, 4,108 people (a total of 2,653,506) received the second dose of the vaccine yesterday, and 1,628 people (a total of 2,794,427) received the first dose of the vaccine yesterday.
