On the basis of available documents, DK SZĽH initiated proceedings in four cases. Club HK Dukla Ingema Michalovce prosecutes disciplinary for riots and physical assault as well as violation of the obligations of the match organizer, club HK Rysy Spišská Nová Ves for riots and physical assault, chief custodian of Michalovce Marek Jenčík for physical assault and player HK Rysa Spišská Nová Ves Matthew Petgrave for unsportsmanship behavior.
