Aiming for Judge Again: Nitra Businessman Bödő Escorted for Interrogation – NEW TIME

The accused Nitra businessman Norbert Bödör was escorted to the Specialized Criminal Court in Pezinok (ŠTS) on Sunday morning shortly after 8.30 am.

The judge for the preparatory proceedings will decide on the proposal of the prosecutor of the Office of the Special Prosecutor’s Office (ÚŠP) to prosecute the accused. The private interrogation was scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.

The accused businessman was first released from custody on Thursday (January 13), where he was a Cattleman for the cause. He was detained by the National Criminal Agency (NAKA) in a few hours in connection with the Valčeky case. According to media reports, this concerns economic crime in connection with fictitious steel supplies.

Norbert Bödör faces two charges. The main hearing in the Cattle case was ordered by ŠTS, Banská Bystrica, on February 25. The indictment concerns 13 people. In December 2021, the ÚŠP prosecutor filed charges against 11 people also in the Očistec case.
