A few weeks before the Winter Olympics (from February 4 to 20), French coaches have reason to be reassured. Les Bleues are in good shape and won the Ruhpolding relay on Friday 14 January. Favorites after the impasses of the main Swedish and Norwegian forces, the Blue did not miss the opportunity to win a second time in relay this season thanks to Anaïs Chevalier-Bouchet, Chloé Chevalier, Justine Braisaz-Bouchet and Julia Simon.
With a victory in Östersund and a third place in Hochfilzen, the French women have always been on the podium this season in the relay. They are therefore logically first in the ranking of this specialty ahead of Sweden. There will be one last relay before the Olympic Games, next week in Antholz-Anterselva in Italy.
