Complications for Slovakia: The assistant coach disconnected from the team – Športky.sk the day before the start of the European Championships

KOŠICE – Assistant coach of the Slovak handball team Radoslav Antl disconnected from the team the day before the European Championships. The reason is a repeated positive coronavirus test. He will help the main helmsman of the Slovak team, Peter Kukuček, from a distance and watch the matches on television.

In addition to Antl, other players and members of the implementation team were tested, but with a negative result. The Slovaks will start their work in the Košice F-group of the European Championships with a Thursday match against Norway (20.30). Subsequently, a duel with Lithuania awaits them on Saturday and with Russia on Monday (both at 6 pm).
