Together with his party colleague Juraj Šelig and the head of the OĽANO parliamentary group, Michal Šipoš, they criticize the Minister of Justice, Mária Kolíková, for not taking into account the comments and for the proposal to go to parliament without being definitively debated. They claim that the recovery plan is at stake.

Žitňanská emphasized that this is the last time a draft comprehensive law or reform has come to parliament, which has not yet been debated. Šipoš says that if Kolíková does not fulfill her “homework”, she has nothing to do in her position.

“This material has been passed by the government, but it will not pass the National Council of the Slovak Republic in this form. Before it comes to the first reading, we want to have black and white, as will the amendment, which will take into account the comments we have made over many months of negotiations. “have not been taken into account to date,” Žitňanská told reporters, who came with her deputies to Wednesday’s government meeting.

It is crucial for the Member, when enlarging the constituencies, that the citizens do not have to travel far to the hearing, but that they have a guaranteed hearing as close as possible to their place of residence. “There is no such wording yet, although the minister has argued that it will be resolved by remote negotiations. This option does not yet exist,” said Žitňanská, adding that if there is no possibility of online remote negotiations in the proposal, she cannot support it.

Sheliga explained that Prime Minister Eduard Heger (OĽANO) had asked for political support, so they released the court map material to the government. Šipoš asks the minister when he wants to come up with, for example, a legislative wording in connection with administrative courts.
