The rankings of primary and secondary vocational schools and grammar schools were compiled by INEKO.
Pupils at school.
Year-on-year, private primary schools on Kubínyiho náměstí in Lučenec, SOŠ chemická in Bratislava’s Vlčom hrdle and Gymnasium in Bytča on Štefánikova Street scored the most in their categories.
“Last year, the Ministry of Education did not carry out nationwide Tests 5 and 9 and written school-leaving examinations, so the remaining available data were included in the evaluation of school pupils’ results,” the Institute for Economic and Social Affairs (INEKO) states in its report.
The best primary school is the primary school located in Košice at Staničná 13 (last 4th place). Other schools have also made a significant improvement – a private primary school for gifted children at Bajkalská 20 in Bratislava has jumped from fifth place to second and the top three are complemented by the Park Angelinum 8 primary school in Košice.
At secondary vocational schools (SOŠ) she defended the first place of SPŠ elektrotechnická on Plzenská ul. in Prešov. After a significant increase in the evaluation, the Private Secondary School, which is located on Ulice 29 August in Poprad (it was 25th a year ago), was reworked to the second place. The Business Academy on Bernoláková in Zlaté Moravce moved from fourth to third place.
On the contrary, in the case of grammar schools, only minimal movements were recorded at the top, while the leading trio even remained exactly the same. Among the grammar schools, the Jura Hronca Grammar School (Novohradská) in Bratislava defended the first place. The Grammar School at Poštová 9 in Košice follows, and the first three are closed by the Grammar School at Poštová 9 in Žilina.
