855 positive coronavirus positive, 27 patients succumbed to the disease – TVNOVINY.sk

On Sunday (January 9), 855 positive persons were confirmed in Slovakia after 4,490 performed PCR tests in laboratories.

The most positive tests this time were in the Košice region, the least in the Trnava region. Almost 59 percent of them have not been vaccinated.

27 people succumbed to COVID-19.

According to NCZI data, there are 2,117 hospitalized hospitals, 2,124 of them the previous day.

Almost 83 percent of them are not vaccinated or have only one dose of vaccine. There are 418 patients at JIS and OAIM, 209 people need support for artificial lung ventilation.

297 people had a positive antigen test, more than 71 percent of whom do not have vaccinations.

Vaccination

14,703 people received the third dose of the vaccine, 5,001 patients received the second dose of the vaccine yesterday, 1,338 people received the first dose of the vaccine.
