Meteorologists have issued first and second degree warnings in front of the ice for the whole of Slovakia – Aktuality.sk

The Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute (SHMÚ) draws attention to the iceberg, and issued first and second degree warnings on Tuesday evening and Wednesday (December 29) in the morning. He informs about it on his website.

The second-degree warning in front of the iceberg applies to the Bratislava region and to the districts of Senica and Dunajská Streda. In the remaining regions, a first degree warning applies.

“Intensive ice formation poses an increased danger to human activities,” warns SHMÚ, noting that in some regions it is above average at a given time of year and area and the probability of causing damage is high.

In addition, a first-degree fog warning with a visibility of 50 to 200 meters also applies to the Bratislava district.
