Three ultra supporters of PSG were arrested in particular and could even be taken into custody following the incidents.

An announcement which made the CUP react, which also dissociates itself from the movement: “If it turned out that members of the CUP were involved in these incidents, they would be immediately excluded”.

On the side of OL, we are also moving forward in the investigation. Even before the court decisions and any arrests, the Rhone club has already sent “commercial exclusion letters (18 months) and sent several complaints against formally identified hooligans”. Complaints that should lead to five-year stadium bans on those concerned about the Charlety incidents.

Regarding the sporting aspect of this sinister affair, we will have to wait until next week. The FFF Disciplinary Commission will hear Paris FC and Lyon next Monday and deliver its verdict the next day. The chances are great for OL to have lost the match …
