A new brand is heading to Europe. He wants to reach customers similarly to Škoda with the Octavia model – HNonline.sk

Skoda cars have earned their reputation, among other things, by offering a piece of an extra car for similar or better money than Volkswagen. On a similar principle, they would now like to reach Chinese brands with European customers, but the catch is that the motorist on the old continent does not trust them too much yet.

He often has doubts about their safety, quality, materials, reliability and their design also looked all sorts of things. And this is exactly what the Bestune B70 will want to change, a new brand of the FAW concern, which is just trying to open its doors to Europe.

We wrote about the Chinese state-owned group FAW Group a few months ago in connection with its successful entry into the European market through luxury electric Hongqi E-HS9 SUV.

Octavia in danger?

So far, it is only sold in Norway thanks to significant direct or indirect subsidies for battery cars, but we assume that the ambition of this brand is to extend its scope to other EU countries and that it will not let itself take the position at the moment.

The opposite end of the FAW offer is now trying to do something similar, namely the mainstream brand Bestune, which is new in itself, but the company as such is “old acquaintance”, the portal writes. TopSpeed.sk.
