Elena Curtoni was careful not to make a mistake, but it cost her too much in the final charge.

Mikaela Shiffrin gave the previous leader Gisin 0.74 seconds with a sovereign ride, so the American will probably go to the second round from the first place.

Michelle Gisin (SUI) finally improves the time of the Italian Brignone and with the time of 1: 06.29 she gets to the first place.

Federica Brignoneová (ITA) manages the first round a bit better than the Slovak and with a thirty-three hundredth lead she gets to the first place.

Unfortunately, Meta Hrovatová did not manage the steeper part of the slope approximately in the middle of the track and thus ends the race.

Before this race, Soifa Goggia is in first place in the battle for the big crystal globe, thanks to her great performances, especially in the downhill runs. The second is then Michaela Shiffrinová and Petra Vlhová is in third place.
The Slovak has not raced for a long time now, when she last presented herself on November 28 in Killington, USA, where she finished second.
Vlhová completed the only huge slalom in the season almost two months ago in Soelden, where she took a nice third place. We will keep our fingers crossed that the race in Courchevel will at least succeed in this way.
