The laboratories performed 6963 PCR tests. Of these, 2370 samples were positive. There were also 20318 antigen tests performed. Of these, 678 were positive.

There are 3332 patients in the hospitals. There are 580 patients at JIS and OAIM, 293 people need support for artificial lung ventilation. Nearly 83 percent of patients in hospitals are not vaccinated or have only one dose of vaccine.

The number of COVID victims increased by 61.

Vaccination

In the last day, 2834 vaccinees with the first dose were added. 1197 people were fully vaccinated. We record a total of 2,686,057 vaccinated people. Of these, 2,373,902 people are completely vaccinated. In the past day, 21,213 people were vaccinated with the third dose of the vaccine, a total of 607,664 people have had the third dose of the vaccine in Slovakia.
