Draw for the knockout stages of the Champions League, act 2. Following an error during the draw, the latter was invalidated on Monday 13 December. A new draw will therefore be made at 3 p.m.

The French clubs, Lille and Paris had inherited two English clubs: Chelsea and Manchester United. A big game was also due to take place between Atlético Madrid and Bayern Munich. Everything must therefore be redone. Always with the same principle: two teams from the same nation cannot compete in the round of 16, nor those which have already crossed paths during the group stage.

The dates of the round of 16

The round of 16 takes place over four weeks. The first leg will be played on Tuesday February 15 and Wednesday February 16, then the following week, Tuesday 22 Wednesday 23 February. We will have to wait until March 8-9 and March 15-16 for the return matches.
