The world knows the new most beautiful woman. Harnaaz Sandhu, a 21-year-old beauty from India, became the holder of the Miss Universe title in Eilate, Israel, on Sunday evening.

Miss India Harnaaz Sandhu became the winner of the Miss Universe 2021 competition.

The crown of the new “miss universe” was handed over by its predecessor – Mexican Andrea Meza. However, according to behind-the-scenes sources, the decision on the winner was very close, with the winners of the national rounds from Paraguay and South Africa also making it into the top three. Laela Mswane’s beauty representing the Republic of South Africa ended up in third place and Nadia Ferreira from Paraguay was second.

Harnaaz Sandhu has become the third woman from India who can be proud of the title of Miss Universe. During the evening, she showed off in a sumptuous glittering evening gown and there was also a promenade in a swimsuit. Sandhu also appeared on camera and photographers in a one-piece red swimsuit. However, the jury, which included top model Adriana Lima and former Miss France Iris Mittenaere, enchanted them mainly with her performance and readiness during personal interviews.

As the Inquirer portal pointed out, nature and ecological themes are very important for the new Miss Universe. “It breaks my heart to see the problems the nature around us is facing as a result of irresponsible behavior,” Sandhu was quoted as saying. “I think we should finally start acting and less just talk, because every act can either help nature or destroy it,” the new Miss Universe added during personal interviews.

The World Cup Miss Universe, which took place in Israel, was attended by candidates from eighty countries around the world, including representatives of Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Our country was represented by Veronika Ščepánková, Czech neighbors Karolína Kokešová. The latter was particularly interesting during the swimsuit promenade.

It was also speculated about the hot favorites on the victory in the case of the American winner Elle Smith or traditionally in the case of beauties from the South American continent – Brazil, Chile or Colombia. In addition to the aforementioned “TOP 3”, the winner from the Philippines and the winner from the aforementioned Chile also advanced to the top five.
