Robert Fico next to the accused Gaspar: Filing a criminal report! He talks about the act of state terrorism – Topky.sk

Direction President Robert Fico convened the second press conference on recordings from the hunting lodge. In addition to him, lawyers Marek Para and Pavol Gašpar, as well as Tibor Gašpar himself, were present at the press conference. He was recently released from custody, but is still being charged. Fico announced at a press conference that he had filed a criminal complaint and was injured in the case of intercepting a hunting lodge. He also submits a complaint to the Constitutional Court.

“I demand that my rights have been seriously violated by an act of state terrorism,” said Fico MP. Throughout the press, he spoke about acts of state terrorism, various violations and manipulations in criminal proceedings.

“I have only the best memories of working with Mr Gaspar as a former prime minister and a former police president, and I have excellent experience of this cooperation. I can’t say even half a word that there will ever be a violation. Mr Gaspar has been innocent from the very beginning until to the end and the whole thing is made up, ” said Fico. At the same time, he offered to cooperate with the Smer party if Gašpar decided to go the political route. However, the former police president said that he planned to devote himself to his defense.

“I am humanely asked to say more than I will say now, but I must respect my procedural position as accused,” said Gašpar. He said he had registered the movement of people around his home trying to find out how he lived now. “I understand it from the media, including OČTK, but it significantly affects my privacy, as well as the privacy of my family,” he said.
