The President signed the law on remuneration for the vaccinated – Denník N

President Zuzana Čaputová has signed 300- and 200-euro vaccinations for people over the age of 60. However, he criticizes the fact that the deputies set the system in such a way that part of the seniors will not receive the money, and not through their own fault.

“For this reason, the president assumes that there will be a reassessment so that the remuneration for vaccinations will be fairer,” the Presidential Palace wrote. However, the president does not see a conflict with the constitution.

The proposal was passed with the support of Hlas, including Petr Pellegrini. The rewards will be in cash and their amount will depend on the vaccination dose the senior received.

Igor Matovič originally designed 500-euro vouchers that could be used in pandemic-affected sectors such as gastronomy and accommodation.
