The Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine involved 690 serious reports, three of which were deaths. Persistent elevations in blood pressure have been reported among suspected cases of serious adverse reactions, mostly in patients treated for hypertension, pre-collapse, collapse, vaccination failure, but also, for example, stroke, myocardial infarction, arthritis, pericarditis, hypertension hearing loss, epileptic seizure in patients treated for epilepsy, polyneuropathy or hyperpyrexia.

The Moderna vaccine had 133 serious effects, including one death. Reported suspicions of serious adverse reactions included temporary paralysis, persistent elevations in blood pressure, thrombosis, collapse, loss of consciousness, pulmonary embolism, and, for example, stroke. The AstraZeneca vaccine reported 338 serious effects, including three deaths. The most common were short-term loss of consciousness, collapse, thrombosis, but also facial nerve palsy, epileptic seizures in patients treated for epilepsy, pulmonary embolism, sudden stroke, myocardial infarction or, for example, hypertensive crisis.

They also reported side effects with the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, 46 of which were serious. It was a loss of consciousness, collapse, hallucinations and hyperpyrexia. There have been four serious reports of an unregistered Sputnik V. These include persistent increases in blood pressure, phlebothrombosis and pulmonary embolism. Another ten serious effects were with vaccines with unspecified names, the institute requested.

By Thursday (9 December), the institute had registered a total of seven deaths due to vaccination, of which in four cases the connection was determined to be possible (after vaccines from the Pfizer / BioNTech consortium, from Moderna and from AstraZeneca) and in three as probable (after the AstraZeneca vaccine). In other closed cases, including some mediated ones, the connection was excluded.
