New measures

As of Friday, December 10, all stores will be open to people vaccinated against COVID-19 and those who have survived the disease. This was stated by the Minister of Health of the Slovak Republic Vladimír Lengvarský. A new critical value of hospitalized patients was also determined. If there are 3,800 people in the hospitals, the minister will submit a proposal to the government to tighten the measures.

All approved measures will be valid until January 9, 2022. In addition to shops, basic human body care services, ski resorts with lifts and cable cars, will be open to vaccinated and those who have overcome COVID-19 from December 10. also services and fitness centers, but with certain restrictions on the number of people.

The second stage of primary schools and secondary schools will operate in the distance education regime from 13 to 17 December. Exceptions will apply to essential stores or a visit to the doctor or pharmacist, as well as to the vaccination trip. Confirmation from the employer will be required on the way to work.

An exception will also apply to job interviews and individual spiritual service, from 5:00 to 20:00. Anyone can walk a dog or cat within 500 meters of the house, as well as nature trips outside the district.
