Razer has just announced a very special accessory. This is a fan in the form of an iPhone compatible MagSafe accessory with RBG Chroma.

When Apple brought up to date the MagSage for the iPhone, the American brand certainly did not expect that.

As a reminder, MagSafe is the technology associated with the wireless charging of the iPhone which allows accessories to be attached with a magnetic system. The idea of ​​this battery is therefore to charge the iPhone without having to use a cable or a special case. Apple even unveiled an external battery and one card holder, but it is the specialized props makers who were the most prolific.

Razer has just announced its first MagSafe accessory for iPhone. Compatible iPhone 12 and iPhone 13, this product is called Razer Phone Cooler Chroma. Cooler, because it is a fan that is used to cool the iPhone. Chroma, this is for Razer’s RGB technology.

Razer explains that the Phone Cooler Chroma has a 7-blade fan that can reach 6400 RPM with a generated noise of 30 dB for so-called quiet performance. It connects via Bluetooth to adjust fan properties, and it’s designed to work with a USB-C power cable as there’s no battery included.

Sold for 60 dollars (about 54 euros HT), this product is currently only announced in the United States. It is aimed at the big mobile gamers… but the iPhone is not known to be a device that generates a lot of heat either. As much to say to you that this accessory is very far from being essential.
