UNUSUAL – This Saturday, December 4th brought luck in Brittany. The record prize pool of Lotto was indeed won there in the evening.

The Lotery offered this weekend the historic sum of 30 million euros, a first since the launch of the lottery in 1976. The jackpot, which reached such an amount after twenty-eight consecutive draws without a winner, also exceeded for the seventh time only 20 million euros.

The previous record stood at 26 million euros and was won on September 11 on the Internet, as part of the draws dedicated to the fourth edition of the Mission Patrimoine games, explains the FDJ.

The jackpot winner, who has not yet appeared, played in the Île-et-Vilaine department, reports the site, with the numbers 5, 18, 23, 34, 44 and the 5 as a complementary number.
