The Public Ministry added that the arrest warrant was issued by the Fourth Pluri-personal Court of Criminal First Instance, Drug Trafficking and Crimes against the Environment of the department of Guatemala for the possible commission of the crimes of “abuse of authority, usurpation of powers, fraud and conspiracy”. According to the Public Ministry, the case is under judicial reservation so it did not offer more details.

This is the second arrest warrant that the Guatemalan justice has turned against him.
