Oligarch Jozef Brhel accused in the Mýtnik case should be in custody by December 2. According to the prosecutor, the case is almost over.

Former HZDS politician and businessman in the IT business and energy Jozef Brhel is heading for freedom. His detention will end on Thursday, December 2. The Supreme Court today rejected the supervisory prosecutor’s proposal to extend the detention by two months. He thus reversed the decision of the judge of the Specialized Criminal Court, Ružena Sabová, who extended his detention a week ago.
