Hospital doctors do not recommend the use of ivermectin. “I do not recommend taking any medicine without a doctor’s recommendation and control,” said Martin Novotný, head of the UNLP Department of Infectious Diseases and Travel Medicine.

“In the case of ivermectin, we also have veterinary products of various strengths and uses on the market. UNLP experts emphasize that ivermectin is not a drug for covid-19.
